Sizzle, at Avista Hideaway Resort & Spa in the hills above southern Patong,

This rooftop steakhouse seats just 32 and as a result it enjoys an intimate atmosphere

An open kitchen at Sizzle Restaurant with dark-wood boardwalk flooring,
attractive rattan furniture, low-slung seating, and an open kitchen,
the setup here is relaxed and a small stage at the end of the restaurant,
plus its exclusive setting, makes it an ideal place for private parties
or weddings as well as a great place for a tryst or even a common-or-garden romantic evening.
Sizzle’s menu comprises largely of farm-raised and grain-fed beef and features beef tenderloin,
beef rib eye, Cajun blackened beef rib eye and beef strip loin served up in 250gm portions along
with café de Paris, Dijon cream, creamy blue Oxford cheese, roasted garlic rosemary,
Madagascar peppercorn, and Worcester demi glaze steak sauces.
When it comes to happy juice Sizzle is just as discerning in
its choice of wines as it is in the turf/surf/poultry department.
You’ll find good medium-priced labels from all around the world here along
with a premium wine selection offering choices that rival New York or Paris
in cost but by and large prices.
Food and beverage at Sizzle are acceptable and in accordance
with its five-star setting, its experienced service staff, and its marvelously talented Executive Chef.
